Goals for 2019

2019 is here and there are a few things that I want to accomplish this year. On the personal side, I’d like to travel more. In 2017, Eliz and I went to the UK. Twice! Of course, that is because Jane was doing her Study Abroad in London. In 2018, other than multiple trips to NYC (again, Jane college related — dropping off, visiting, or picking up,) a solo trip to State College for the NFB of PA State Convention, and a day or two down the Jersey Shore, that was it. In all fairness, I was somewhat restricted from traveling for the first few months of 2018 while I recovered from the surgery to repair a detached retina.

There are already two trips planned for 2019. Later this month I’m traveling solo to Washington, DC for another NFB event called Washington Seminar. In July, Eliz and I (and hopefully Jacob and Jane) are going to Las Vegas for the NFB National Convention. Of course, there will be more than a couple of trips to NYC during the first half of the year (she graduates in May, so lets see where she ends up after that.)

My other two main goals are business oriented and somewhat related: properly launch my YouTube channel (and do more video in general) and produce more income with affiliate marketing. Besides using my iPhone XR, I plan to use my Rincon Camera Sunglasses from iVue. (Yes, that is an affiliate link…) I tested them a few times on local trips, but hope to bring them to Washington with me. Editing the video will be a bit of a challenge, but I am up for it.

Enjoy listening!
