In this episode of the iCantCU Podcast, I talk about how important it is to tell me the full story. Verbal communication, as descriptive as possible, is needed for someone who is blind or visually impaired because they can’t “see it for themselves.” Think radio play-by-play, not tv. As President of our condo board, I need all of the facts to make the best decision for the association. When I don’t get the whole story or I get facts that aren’t facts, the decision I make could be wrong and cost money that could have been used elsewhere.
