It was a horrendous week on the accessibility front for me. In this episode of iCantCU, I talk about my time at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Ardmore to get some help with my iPhone XR. Those folks may know a lot about the iPhone, but their lack of knowledge in VoiceOver was astounding. Trouble with American Express and Verizon completed the we-don’t-know-how-to-deal-with-blind-customers trifecta. The big companies need some guidance.
