In this episode of iCantCU, I talk about more time on the phone with Verizon to get audio description to work on FiOS. It only took hours of hold time on two separate calls to get to the tech support person who knew what audio description was and how to help a blind customer. Kudos to Kyle from Upstate New York for his outstanding help! Now, if only more shows had AD.

In an expanded Just Listen, you’ll hear two different versions of Southeastern Guide Dogs video titled Hope. One with audio description and one without AD. You can learn about the Florida-based organization at https://www.guidedogs.org.
