While single family houses are selling like hotcakes, condos aren’t as easy a sell in today’s real estate market. Hopefully the upgrades we’re adding, especially in the kitchen and the bathrooms are enough to get us top dollar. The staging of the condo will really help, too. What would you do to your condo to help sell it?
